My friend.
Last night I cried,
And you were there.
You said 'Don't cry'
And 'it'll be alright'.
You told me,
I was not bad.
That I was loved.
That you cared.
And my tears faded
Because I knew that you,
You had been through the same.
And the scars on your arm
Match mine.
When the others leave,
And the others forsake,
And the light is too bright
And everything hurts...
The shadow is there
To love and protect.
And she means more to me
Than all the lies I possess.

People are gone away to stay,
Steps feel different, each day, each day
Eye's indifferent now'days today.
Hoping things went good'all 'aday
Hoping your test went a'well 'aday
Hoping your feeling quite well today
I got something to say today.
Thing's 'ave been travellin' a way 'aday
Old foes wish they could stay today
Speak for me they say they say
But I do not know what to say to say.
There's not less i have to say to say
But this tastes a smile to say to say
There's a girl who likes to play to play
'she asked me if i'd like to stay to stay
A smle is not my last say today
There are things that make dismay to say
My-Shadowe not a fool to play today
Shadows know not why draws they away
Perhaps others suns come to play today
Binds our shadows away to stay
But you need a shadow I say I say
You need a shadow to see the day.

If it's Raining...
And find a work to stay, today,
And if the lie, I find a way
To run and hide and shrink away.
And people always say, they say,
That what I do ain't right to play
But here's the catch - this ain't no game
And I intend to stay this way.

I had a choice. Pay attention to you, or to the voices in my head.
And let me clue you in; the voices in my head were wittier.
